BarberMonster
Brand and product for a barbershop appointment tool built to keep the chair full.

Roles
- Brand identity
- Mascot design
- Product design
- UI / UX
BarberMonster was a pivot in our reminder booking system initiative.
I worked across product design, the full brand identity, the logo, the UI/UX, and photography direction. The barber’s app is built for a phone held in one hand between cuts. A color-coded calendar reads the day at a glance: green confirmed, amber tentative, red cancelled, and a tap spins up a new appointment. A win-back screen surfaces clients who haven’t booked in a month and lets the barber re-invite thirty of them at once.
The brand leads with a mascot: a snarling, sharp-toothed monster with a red-white-and-blue barber-pole pompadour, drawn in the heavy-outlined style of an esports crest. It ships as a full expression sheet, angry, evil, cool, laughing, so the brand can talk back across every screen and ad without ever going soft.
