  • Photography & production

CREATEC is the student-run brand transformation and design group at Tec de Monterrey. It gives students the chance to work on real creative projects across strategy, design, branding, communication, and value creation while developing professional skills, a serious portfolio, and a sharper way of thinking.

It began as a group created to help other student organizations thrive, but has since grown into something closer to a real design firm, now working with outside businesses and initiatives because people actively seek it out.

Even after graduating, I’ve remained involved because I love the work, and because CREATEC is kind of… my baby. Through CREATEC, I have led and executed client work across growth strategy, communication strategy, concept development, experience design, digital strategy, graphic design, photography, packaging, logo design, visual identity, and overall brand performance.

R&D

Layer7

Carrier-grade telephony and conversational AI for high-performance contact centers

Roles

  • Product research & validation
  • UX & UI design
  • Prototyping
  • Brand & experience design
  • Generative direction (image, video, voice)

Layer7 builds the infrastructure behind high-performance contact centers, pairing carrier-grade telephony with its own software and conversational AI for sales and collections teams.

I work inside Layer7's R&D department, on the experimental edge of the business, where early concepts get tested as real products. Alongside the developers I cover the market and product side: research and validation, UX and UI, prototyping, brand and experience design, and directing generative tools across image, video, and voice to produce the actual work. The research, validation, and growth experiments around it tell us which products are worth scaling.

Among the projects I've worked on: an AI telephony blaster for outbound campaigns; AgendaSalon, an AI receptionist over voice and chat for salons and spas; BarberMonster, a booking and reminder SaaS for barbershops; AgendaLlena, a horizontal smart reminder and mass-campaign platform for any appointment-based business; and other current projects.
